Juana was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to assist me find my home. She answered all my questions and followed up with me even after I moved in. Her customer service is incredible. Thank you Juana for all your help and being so patient with me. I love my new home!
The rental process was smooth and the people who have assisted me at all times have been friendly, professional, and helpful. The apartment is in an excellent condition, as it appears in the photos on the website. The neighborhood is very nice, very quiet and there is no noise. I really like it a lot. A special thank to Aileen who has taken me by the hand throughout the rental process. Always very friendly and so kind.
I lived here for about 4 years. My experience slid from good to bad over that time. A security gate on the south side hasn't been operational for idk how many months. We try calling and asking for a repair, but they haven't done anything. You normally sign leases for 1 year at a time, and they try their best to charge 5-7 percent more each year that you're there. I lived here a couple of years ago. At the time they were still undergoing a lot of construction. The apartments are beautiful and perfect for mainly 1 person because of the tiny kitchens. Never had an issue while living there with the apartment itself or neighbors. It was perfect for just me. I can't imagine having another person there though, sometimes when I'd have a few people over it did seem a little crowded but not that big of a deal for just visitors.
Very poor experience attempting to lease from them - the "application fee" is a great ploy to mint cash on an ongoing basis, meanwhile the apartments disappear while your application is "processed".
