Scott’s team was awesome!
Mr Becker was easy to talk to and provided thoughtful, easy to understand responses to all of the questions I had for him. He also gave detailed videos that explained what I needed to know in a way that made sense to someone not familiar with the process of refinancing.
I think my overall complaint as there is too many people involved and not one point of contact throughout the process. I felt like I had to chase after everyone (except Wendi Perez). The process is confusing for anyone that has not mortgaged a home before. Not a big fan of the videos. Takes the personal experience away when dealing with a large sum of your money. Follow up from Cheryl was nice and thank you for the cutting board.
John and team were very polite, detail oriented, and great communicators (including timely responses). For a process that normally seems daunting, you can completely trust this team to get you through it without any problems.
Great teamwork and we made a great deal that fit my needs perfectly.
This was my first time ever refinancing, and John made the process painless.
