Update: After contacting this place back in January about an unauthorized charge—and making it crystal clear that I did not want this subscription activated—I find out months later they’re still charging me monthly. Kind of not surprised since this is how the exchange went between me and their "Community Manager" Audrey, who apparently can’t handle the simple task of canceling an unauthorized subscription charge. Extremely incompetent, unprofessional, unfriendly and totally non-responsive staff. There are many other service providers who are far, far better. This is a relatively new company and I expect they will go bankrupt in the not too distant future. Well over a week and they do not respond to simply queries about their service. But they never hesitate in spamming you about their service. UPDATE: Of course the merchant responds with the usual useless drivel. Meanwhile, going on a month waiting for a response.
I signed up for a virtual mailbox with The Farm and had some (self inflicted) issues in the beginning. The Nomad, NY team was very responsive, kind, and efficient in helping me resolve the issues.
