Our fence installation started out with the crew breaking a pipe next to our house. The project was then delayed 2 hours before they could start so they could repair that. This wouldnt be a big deal but then last part of the fence being built was rushed and looks terrible. The slates in the section are not aligned and have created breaks in the section. The posts that are in concrete for our gates have also shifted so the gates only close now if you manually create most distance between the gate and post to close. Lastly, we... read more

The One Year labor warranty is on the proposal you signed on 5/6/2022 and we completed the project on 5/11/2022.We have no record of you contacting our office prior to March 2025 regarding your complaint.
