The apartments at The Flats are luxurious, but unfortunately, the customer service doesn't match. The Flats seems to be overlooked by property management because there aren't enough units here. The leasing office is never open, so if you need help, you have to drive up to the sister property, Sage Hill, which is a hassle. Trash pickup is only scheduled for Sunday through Thursday, and it's a hit-or-miss whether they even show up on those days. One of my least favorite things about this apartment is how poorly put together it is. You can hear your upstairs neighbors every footsteps. One of the windows in our apartment was put in incorrectly. We wondered why we could hear outside noise so clearly and it’s because this entire place was poorly thrown together. Speaking of which. Edit: Wow. My dryer was supposed to be fixed sometime next week. But after posting a 1-star review, it got fixed the next day! Funny how that works... Poorly put together. Do not live here! I pay over $2000 a month in rent and they can't even give me a washer that works. My laundry is piling up while they wait on a spare part for a BRAND NEW washer to come in.

Honestly, the management here is frustrating. They are using one small maintenance team for multiple properties, so don't expect anything to be done quickly. It took almost 3 months for someone to come fix my flooring that was coming up in my bedroom. I called about ants showing up in my apartment, was told someone would be there the same day to treat, but they never showed up.
