Great office Magarer Matt who stays on top of things. Genuinely trying to build a community here with monthly events. Love my apt. Building. It’s quiet and when you encounter a neighbor, it’s almost always a friendly exchange of words.
I lived at The Flats at Shadow Creek for over two years and had a great experience. The community is well-managed, and the property manager, Matt, is excellent—always helpful and professional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff ensures everything runs smoothly. The neighbors are friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. When I moved out, the refund process was clear and fair, with no unexpected charges. Overall, I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live!
Always very helpful in any type of situation you may be having and quick to get things fixed! Absolutely love this place and would recommend it to all friends and family looking for a place to live!
Maintenance crew have always responded quickly to resolve any problems. Are friendly and I feel very comfortable and safe living here. Only improvements I can see is that the landscaping could be attended to as a few bushes/trees have died and need to be replaced when the weather and season allows.
Joe and Chandler are fantastic. Matt and Ann the property manager doesn't care about the tenants. All they care about is filling their is filling the apartments at there employees expenses. And blame them and the tenants for a bad survey or reviews.
