Great customer service. Chris was great helping us select our carpet for our whole upstairs, including the stairs and also the stairs going down to our third level. There was no high pressure sales, just asked us what we were looking for and helped us pick it out. They were timely in getting accurate measurements and installing the carpet. The two gentleman who came to install did a great job and cleaned up everything. I would high recommend The Floor Source in Westlake.
We had carpet and flooring installed in March 2020. Chris Clarke was most helpful with assisting us in selections of the carpet and flooring. We are very pleased with the customer service and quality of the products. Installers David Christian and Andrew Yopp did a great job and worked hard. We highly recommend them.
