Update, response to the store's comment: I never said the lippage was more than a quarter inch. I said it was more than a quarter of the tiles laid that had issues with lippage. I told you the subfloor was recently replaced by us and was level. That was true to my knowledge. The joist under the floor in the middle of the kitchen not being perfectly level was something I was unaware of at that time. We had a good experience with The Floor Store. The installation was completed in one day and looked wonderful. We were appraised prior to the installation about when the materials would arrive. Installation was scheduled shortly after receipt of the materials.

I would not recommend this store at all. The staff at The Floor Store ordered the wrong tile for our job and when the workers we hired were installing the tile, we noticed it was not correct. When we called The Floor Store about the issue, they were telling the people we hired not to remove to the tile before it dried & they needed to quit & let their staff finish the job. We told The Floor Store that they didn’t have the authority to do that and they needed to make this right with the cost for the people we had hired. So , ... read more

Following recommendations from friends, I chose The Floor Store to replace almost all of the flooring in my house. The installers, Dakota, Dylan and Ashley did a great job. The office staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the entire experience was positive. Highly recommend.
