We started the process of having our kitchen and entryway flooring done on April 28. It finally just got completed yesterday, July 1, after many issues. I could write a novel about our experience, but long story short, the bulk of our issues was the communication between the sales reps and the crews they hire to do the work is very broken. I would not recommend this store at all. The staff at The Floor Store ordered the wrong tile for our job and when the workers we hired were installing the tile, we noticed it was not correct. When we called The Floor Store about the issue, they were telling the people we hired not to remove to the tile before it dried & they needed to quit & let their staff finish the job. Following recommendations from friends, I chose The Floor Store to replace almost all of the flooring in my house. The installers, Dakota, Dylan and Ashley did a great job. The office staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the entire experience was positive. Highly recommend.

Dane was very helpful in helping us pick out backsplash for our new build. They have a spacious showroom with many options for tile & countertops as well

The laminate flooring is beautiful and the installation crew did a great job!!! Thank you ya’ll I love my new floor!
