Update, response to the store's comment: I never said the lippage was more than a quarter inch. I said it was more than a quarter of the tiles laid that had issues with lippage. I told you the subfloor was recently replaced by us and was level. That was true to my knowledge. The joist under the floor in the middle of the kitchen not being perfectly level was something I was unaware of at that time. Ms. Ruby Silas provided exceptional assistance throughout the renovation of our kitchen. She worked with us to combine counter tops, cabinet colors, floor types, and all necessary supplies, displaying her skill and patience. Ruby kept us updated, oversaw the workers' necessary workflow, and skillfully made sure the renovation proceeded as planned. The makeover has left us "super satisfied." We are very pleased with our bathroom project. Walls were removed and now it feels twice as big and looks amazing. The floor store hires professionals from local businesses for plumbing, sheet rock, painting, tile work, electrical, etc. A Program Manager is assigned and comes to the house if any problems or questions arise Ruby was amazing. We were very happy working with Ruby during our kitchen renovation. She guided us in choosing flooring and paint colors. The contractors that completed the jobs were very friendly and easy to work with. Any questions we had were answered to our satisfaction.
