First of all I have to definitely tell you your staff is so awesome. The personality is always up! Comfortable as ever. They’re all very considerate of our personal needs. Maria was my technician today and she really helped me feel calm. Best dentist office in the world! Every time I come back here, I'm greeted with a friendly smile by Becky or Halie. Kim always does a great job cleaning my teeth, and Dr Novak really knows her stuff.
It took 2 months for my caps to come in. The temporary ones that where put in lasted 2 hours and fell out before I had anything to eat/drink. It was hard to eat/drink anything cold or hot. They seem to have appointments available for expensive procedures like caps, bridges etc. but when I asked for an appointment to have a broken tooth removed , explaining I did not have the money for the bridge that was offered I was told not until November, Its July!
Great visit today. Had a lovely experience with everyone. Dentist and Hygienist were efficient and friendly. Receptionist Staff are fantastic. They were so kind to let my kiddos hangout in the lobby while I had my teeth cleaned. I am truly grateful for the accommodations and kindness.
I love Dr Novak and her team. I’ve been coming to them for years and know I’ll get quality treatment with Dr Novak. The front desk is great and Joelene is the best assistant. She always treats me like family. As a medical doctor, I can see that this practice is following the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. Wish I could give them 6 stars
