Yesterday we had an appointment at the Foleck Denistry on Kecoughtan Rd., Hampton, Va. This is the best dental office with outstanding staff! They made my dad (94 years old) feel right at home and went out of their way to help him into and out of the dental chair. I’ve had a great experience at The Foleck Center! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional, and took time to explain each step of my treatment in a way that put me at ease. The office is clean and modern, and they clearly use advanced technology, which made everything efficient and smooth. I really appreciated how gentle and patient they were during my visit. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. Dr. Novak is an excellent doctor (Dentist). She and her staff are wonderful. I'm made comfortable for some of the most uncomfortable medical care. They are all so nice and professional. From the check in to the check out. The Lord truly blessed me.
So welcoming! From start to finish. From the receptionist to the clinical staff. My visit was awesome. I am a 5 yr old when it comes to getting in a dental chair. Dr Novak, Angelica and Kim made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. They were all AMAZING!!! And funny. They worked on me and took my mind off being in "the chair", lol 😆. Dr Novak and Maria were/are amazing. They are friendly and very professional. They really know what they’re doing. I always feel as though they really and truly care about all of the dental services they provide me. They explain each dental procedure to me in plain English, which is very comforting. For this Implant Placement procedure, of course, everything went smoothly, as expected. I’m a customer for life whom is very impressed with The Foleck Center’s excellent customer services they provide to me.
