I’ve had a great experience at The Foleck Center! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional, and took time to explain each step of my treatment in a way that put me at ease. Dr Novak and Maria were/are amazing. They are friendly and very professional. They really know what they’re doing. I always feel as though they really and truly care about all of the dental services they provide me. They explain each dental procedure to me in plain English, which is very comforting. For this Implant Placement procedure, of course, everything went smoothly, as expected. I’m a customer for life whom is very impressed with The Foleck Center’s excellent customer services they provide to me.
Very professional and friendly staff. Front desk clerk was very helpful, kind, and accommodating. She definitely set a positive tone for a positive office visit from walking in to walking out. My son had a positive experience and will be returning. Highly recommend this dentist office.
First of all I have to definitely tell you your staff is so awesome. The personality is always up! Comfortable as ever. They’re all very considerate of our personal needs. Maria was my technician today and she really helped me feel calm. The Folek Dentistry on Kecoughtan is truly Top Tier Amazing 🤩!! My Daughter was not only able to get her cleaning / fluoride treatment today but they also had availability to get her fillings done. The accommodations were absolutely on time especially with school beginning Monday so that’s a plus. We initially only had the kids utilizing this new location but with the level of service they are providing our children we are definitely going to switch our services to this location for us as well.
