Yesterday we had an appointment at the Foleck Denistry on Kecoughtan Rd., Hampton, Va. This is the best dental office with outstanding staff! They made my dad (94 years old) feel right at home and went out of their way to help him into and out of the dental chair. The dental assistants were very kind and patient with him throughout the entire process. We were also extremely pleased that the dentist was able to extract a troubling tooth - right on the spot. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME. Dr. Novak is an excellent doctor (Dentist). She and her staff are wonderful. I'm made comfortable for some of the most uncomfortable medical care. They are all so nice and professional. From the check in to the check out. The Lord truly blessed me.
I’ve had a great experience at The Foleck Center! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Everyone was kind, professional, and took time to explain each step of my treatment in a way that put me at ease. So welcoming! From start to finish. From the receptionist to the clinical staff. My visit was awesome. I am a 5 yr old when it comes to getting in a dental chair. Dr Novak, Angelica and Kim made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. They were all AMAZING!!! And funny. They worked on me and took my mind off being in "the chair", lol 😆. I absolutely loved my first visit with Dr Novak and Maria. They took thorough x-rays and pictures. Felt like I was in a professional photo shoot lol. I highly recommend giving them a visit.
