The Norfolk office is wonderful! The staff are friendly and professional. The employees I have had the most interaction with are Dr. Maroon, Ashton and Heather. I neglected my teeth for a while and from my very first appointment I felt at ease and knew I was in good hands. If you are looking for a great dental office, this is the place to go!
I've been going to the Foleck Center for over 5 years now, and they've always been super friendly, ready to help you out in any way they can, and they just provide the most welcoming atmosphere! From the receptionist to the Doctors.....everyone has been amazing! Eric, Dr. Dano, Karen, Aston, and Dr. Maroon are definitely my top favorites!
We are beyond grateful for the hospitality of the Foleck center in Norfolk, Virginia. Everyone was super helpful from Dr. Macoon, Ziah dental assistant, and Aston. We do not have Health Insurance and Aston brought to my attention that they have in-house dental insurance and their insurance worked out perfectly. Both my daughters were able to get a composite filling, x-rays cleanings. It didn’t only just work for them. It worked for all four of us we are extremely grateful.
Dr Dano and Heather are absolutely great they were so gentle and patient with my mother that was so scared but they definitely made her feel comfortable I would definitely recommend this place a thousand times.
I have been going to the Foleck Center for seven years, and customer service has declined markedly in the past year. I had an appointment in November to pick up my night guard and I showed up and they were closed--they didn't even bother to call me to cancel the appointment. They called after and said "it was kind of a last minute thing" that they closed. Then I rescheduled for December and they closed again. At least they called me this time, but still frustrating.
