I was very nervous when I arrived but once the dental tech, Kirsten started going over everything with me, I felt more relaxed. She was personable, friendly and very comforting. She explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. Also, the dentist was thorough with his examination and explanations. The experience here was better than I expected!
Kiersten was awesome!!! My son birthday today and she had a birthday decoration out for him. She was sweet to him and explained everything to him.
I had Kirsten. when I entered in and sat down in my seat she made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. she was phenomenal pleasant from beginning to the end. Answered all questions and enlighten me on things that I didn't know. She took her time and was very gentle.
I had the pleasure of interacting with the front desk team, and I must say, they were exceptional! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. They were very efficient in handling my check-in/check-out and they answered all my questions with a smile.
