Review Title: GET OUT!! (YES! Like the Movie) This is one of the worst buildings to live in DC! From Gentrification, Racial Profiling, Discrimination, and Housing Abuse, there is no end. Instead of hearing the tenants' pleas, we are met with deaf and silent ears. This building is consumed a great deal in mold. Mold that has been sprayed over, painted over but never properly remedied! We had an agreed time of meeting which was 9-9:30ish. He no showed again. 3rd time. Black mold. Update. They started the work

Was supposed to have a tour 03/14 at 11am but no one showed up, no instructions on how to contact them or how to even get into the building. If there is this little communication now, I can only imagine how it would be to actually have a lease.
What a pleasant surprise for someone like me who doesn’t like surprises. You painted my bathroom radiator tower when I was preparing to ask management to suggest something to clean it. It’s not only clean it’s painted perfectly many thanks
