RecommendedI lived here for 8 months until I bought a townhome. It was a great place to live! Management is the best, especially Amelia and the maintenance crew. If you have any problems, it gets fixed right away. Pool is nice and seldom busy. It is convenient to many stores, banks and restaurants. The area is safe and the community has a security gate. It is also very well priced! I mainly chose Sawgrass for safety, price and management and neither of those disappointed!

RecommendedI lived in Sawgrass apartments from August to December of 2019. I will recommend this place to live in over 100%. Management is above and beyond keeping the place in order. Amelia, she was the one that helps me to get the apartment and did the whole application process, with excellent customer service skills. In December I bought a house in Ocala, FL, it was sad to leave the place. Clifford was the one that also helps me during the process of the cancelation of the contract.
