We need some furniture for a new build in Albert Lea. The store is HUGE with so much to choose from, and the prices seemed quite reasonable to us. Holly Laite (an amazing, smart consultant) came to check on us and immediately directed us to what we were looking for. She knew about quality, and gave advice when asked. What a great experience we had here! We were shopping for new seating furniture in our basement tv room and didn’t have anything too particular in mind. Holly did an awesome job with helping us narrow down the options and finding the perfect couch and recliner to fit our needs. She was also great at explaining all the discounts, payment, and warrantee information. We would shop there again and ask for Holly!
We just moved to Rochester in November and we decided to check this store out since we've passed it numerous times on the freeway. My wife and I were looking for a small enough couch to fit our apartment. We worked with JORDAN. Super nice, very welcoming and super knowledgeable.
