Russell and Todd are fabulous and so very friendly!! Russell found the perfect living room set to fit our needs. He explained the quality and difference between the different sets. Purchased 4 sofas, kitchen table, beds, etc. Incredible and timely service. Keith was great to work with and went above and beyond for us! Also, Bobby - the service technician - was fantastic at helping us get all of our items together when we had a question. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!
I recently purchased furniture from The Furniture Mart and I am thoroughly dissatisfied with my experience. First and foremost, the communication was abysmal. I found it incredibly challenging to get clear answers about my order status, and my inquiries were often met with vague responses or no response at all. We have buying our furniture at South Dakota Furniture Mart for 20+ years and always from either Keith or Kasey Kogel. It’s so refreshing to still have that connection after so long. It is a testament to how good of a job they do. The furniture has always been great, but the level of service these two offer is second to none! Any time we are in the market, we just call Keith or Kasey and we know it will get done right!! Shop South Dakota Furniture Mart, you can’t go wrong!!
We've purchased two couches, and a chair from the Furniture Mart and they have been great to work with. The first couch I got ages ago and shows almost no signs of wear. The second couch got a little saggy a within a year and they refunded it no questions asked and the couch we replaced it with is amazing. When the stitching came out of a pillow I figured it couldn't hurt to see what they could do. In the end they sent over a new set of pillows free of charge.
