Fraud alert! Please do not give these people any application fees! They take your money and deny you for no reason, perfect credit, good jobs, no criminal background. Just was denied for no absolute reason. Hell, I don’t know they asked me my weight maybe because I weigh 200lbs or because I’m African American with a disability is probably the reason why they really denied me and my family. I know several people who were also done the same way. People please don’t fall for the application fees, they sweet talk you for the fee... read more

Don't live here. Seriously, they do not answer the phones, do not respond to messages, lock you out of the payment portal only to tack a late fee onto your rent, ignore multiple attempts to correct a situation, then hit you with an "eviction" months after moving out because they failed to answer their phones. I have lived in apartments all over the area and never had so much trouble contacting management.
