Extremely bad customer service Update: It’s very sad that a company feels the need to spend time responding to reviews then actually taking the time to make their mistake right. The balance due isn’t being paid because you have refused to fix what you broke in the first place Our company has sent many customers your way, its disappointing that you would treated us the way you did.
Every time I have called about anything, this company has been right there to help. If it was a problem that kept happening, they made sure that the appropriate people and/or manufacturers were contacted about the problem. I've been using this company for many years and they have always been friendly and willing to work with me no matter what the issue is.
The Gate Doctor gave me a reasonable estimate. They showed up on time and repaired my gate without any surprises. The tech was nice and professional.

GREAT SERVICE FROM SYLVIA! I can't recommend Sylvia enough! She is an expert on Mighty Mule gate openers and was a lifesaver when my gate stopped working. In Georgia, it’s hard to find anyone who will service these openers, especially since the actual company doesn't offer maintenance. Other companies tried to upsell me on more expensive options, but Sylvia was different. She knows everything about Mighty Mule products and genuinely wants to help.
