My experience couldn’t have been more amazing and luxurious! Chad and his entire team really have made our experience here so special. The team is very kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. They gave us some great swag that wasn’t the cheap stuff you typically get. 50/10 experience. Get packing and moving and live here before I move my friends here!
I have been wanting to move to the area to be closer to friends. I had several tours and calls today and I can say my call with Chad here at The Guild was amazing. He took his time answering all my questions and waking me through the process. He was so kind and supportive throughout our call. I can tell I’ll be supported during my time here.
I called about availability for apartment tours and Emmerry (the leasing manager) was so helpful! I asked her a handful of questions and she knew the answer right away. I am very excited to start my new adventure at a new place. I can't wait to meet her in person and take the tour. I can tell she is going to be a wonderful tour guide at this newly built apartment building and I can't wait to meet the rest of her team!
Chad and the team were amazing when we came to see this new property! It’s so beautiful and you can tell Chad really puts his heart and soul into the place.
