RecommendedDidn’t get a response when I sent a message through their website, but when I called - the customer service was excellent - very friendly. My order was easily placed (I needed window screens for my home) and the turn around time was less the a week - reasonably priced and the product was perfect.

The technicians came earlier than expected and worked quickly with taking the broken glass down and putting it back up. Also, was able to have the pleasure of the Owner come out to give a same day quote and full service the very next day . Thank you Mason & Thomas for the amazing work , no matter how small the job was needed ; these two handled service as if it were a big project. They came with the upmost professional , kind, and understanding character making for the service to be more comfortable than most.

We had several windows replaced that had developed moisture between the panes. From the initial consult and estimate from Kenny, to the installation done by Thomas and Mason, we could not have asked for better service. They were professional, arrived at the time they were scheduled, and did outstanding work. We will not hesitate to call them again if we need glass installation.

This dynamic team did a tremendous job on my mother’s bathroom. Mason and Thomas did a great job in not only removing a large mirror without breaking it but reinstalling the replacements without incident. They were professional and courteous and very quick. So pleased with the work they did and would recommend them highly.

Thomas and Mason did a excellent job restoring my Grandfather Clock. All the glass was completely destroyed. They installed thicker glass and made it look better than before! Great Job!
