We've used Glass Guru probably... 4 separate times? The time had come to replace 6 panes due to fogging, but I think that at this point they have replaced every pane in our house over time. The folks that come out and the folks back at the office are all very professional and very quality conscious. James H and Jayce C moved through the install without a hitch, completing all 6 panes in less than the estimated install time. I don't worry about glass panes - I just call Glass Guru.

Had 4 windows damaged by the last hail storm. James did a great replacing all the glass and now I just wish I could replace all the windows. Friendly service, great communication, would highly recommend
