From Stan to the two guys that actually did the work very professional and courteous. They took their time to explain in detail what they were going to do to fix the problem. Before and after photographs were taken and shared with us. Will definitely contact them again if we have any other problems with our windows.

I am so thankful for the service Glass Guru provided. My bedroom window had couple minor issues and didn’t need to be replaced. However, with few companies offering repair service it seemed inevitable this was my only option. Not to mention dealing with the HOA if the new window wasn’t an exact match. So thank you again, the window is repaired and in good working condition. I will definitely keep Glass Guru in mind for the future and will be sure to pass on to anyone needing help with window / glass issues.
