Very pleasant experience getting three windows warranty exchanged that had been in my house for many years and Needed replacement for failing glass. The installers were prompt. Left the area clean, and did an excellent job replacing All three windows. Very impressed with The Glass Specislist As a company. During the install A few small plastic clips broke due to being fragile and old age. The company quickly order the replacement parts to Replace them. I would highly recommend this company
