Excellent service from Billy. The liners are better than before because the Good Feet people will find the right support that is custom sized and cushioned for your feet. Good warranty on arch supports. Free replacements if they ever go bad. Velcro helps keep the arch in place. I noticed an immediate improvement from factory liners to the Good Feet arches. This will be an investment that pays for itself for you down the road.
So glad I visited the store. Billy was great, he explained why my feet were hurting so much, then got to work fitting me with the correct inserts and the actual size shoe I should be wearing. I signed up for the three step program and am looking forward to the day that I can walk pain free.
Fantastic customer service! Very knowledgeable and thorough. I am forever grateful for the opportunity to be pain-free in my feet and other areas that have been affected by improperly walking to compensate for the pain. The supervisor was very helpful in working with the payment of the product. Both are to be commended for their friendliness and superb customer service!
Billy's customer service was excellent. He listens well & answers questions thoroughly. He took the time to learn about my specific activity goals & challenges and explained my options clearly.
