5 stars From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff – every single team member was incredibly friendly, polite and attentive. We ordered lamb shank and beef meatballs. The meatballs was nothing like the picture in the menu and the lamb shank was cold and the mash potatoes was grainy powered mash. The service was horrendous, we had to wait 50 minutes for food and had to remind them to bring our drinks multiple times. The atmosphere was average. We had a wonderful experience at Caffeconcerto! The coffee and snacks were delightful, but what truly made my visit special was the exceptional service from Noor. She was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Her positive attitude and warm hospitality gave me such good energy. It’s rare to find such genuine kindness in customer service, and Noor truly stood out. We will definitely be coming back again! Highly recommend this place for both the great food and the lovely atmosphere.
The service was very good, my daughters tried macarons and The English full breakfast and they loved it.

We stopped by for tea and desert it was a great experience, We ordered tea and pancake, pancake was delicious, staff was nice and welcoming
