Jason has helped me with everything from purchase to installation and continues to provide amazing service to help keep my pool and hot tub waters crystal clear. This is a review about the pool installers A&R. Do not have your pool installed by them. Make sure you read your contract. They damaged my yard and sidewalk. They also asked me to use an air compressor and extension cords. They didn’t not put down any plywood or anything to keep from destroying my yard or new sidewalk that was put in last year. The salesman was very quick to sell and helpful. But once the spa is delivered there is no real support. The Spa was delivered with no explanation and they do not take the trash. I was told just delivery guys and they are on a flatbed and can not take the trash. And do not know the spas to help with showing the controls. When I called the store and was told oh I don't have that model so can't help you I'll put in a help ticket for someone to come out. Instead I got a call basically telling me to follow the book. I tried. I gave this location many, many chances to do the right thing, respond to my requests, etc... and over and over they failed. We purchased a patio set in April for approximately $3500. We were told they could not guarantee a delivery date but likely we'd receive the furniture by Memorial Day. Because they had not promised a delivery date I did not call or inquire or bother them knowing eventually the set would come in.
