Lived here for 6 years and The first owners was good didn’t have a problem. But the management Angelica R. And Michelle G. And the owners now are the worst and very unprofessional don’t answer calls or emails . Are apartment floods all the time had to suck up the water by myself cause it took an hour to bring a tiny shop vac to clean it up but I’ve already done the work all because of crack foundation. Super clean! Spoke to a lot of different property managers and none were like Angelica. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. Can definitely tell she loves what she does!
I have so many great things I need say about The Guthrie Flats and Cottages. First of all, I want to thank Angie R., the property manager, for helping me and my kids get into our place that we now can call home. Not only was she professional in her job, she was very kind and showed me such a great amount of empathy which I needed having been going through a difficult time.
