Do not move here!! They say things are so secure when you are touring to move in, but actually, they are far from it. And the management team does not seem to care; they did nothing about it. I had my car vandalized on the property. Someone took something and smashed off my antenna, causing $1,500 in damage. I went out to go to work one morning, and it was smashed. Horrific experience – Avoid at all costs I have never dealt with a more dishonest and incompetent management team. From day one, Halsten Apartments repeatedly tried to slip in bogus charges during my tenancy. Every single time, I challenged them, proved they were wrong, and they quietly backed down without apology. It was a pattern of behavior, not an accident. Lovely building, lovely amenities but terrible experience when my lease ended, they hold part of my deposit for charges that I don’t recognized (I.e breaking my lease before contract end date when I did paid the 15 months of my contract, among other inconsistencies), also they promised 1000 dollars credit for my first month of rent that I never received. Explanations from finance team were so complicated that not even management understood. Good for living, management issues.

DO NOT LIVE HERE, if you like working with competent office staff because they do NOT have one! The building smells like sewer (because there are sewer problems), cars get broken into, there is no security, they are constantly finding projects around the building the mask the potent smell. You can hear EVERY step your neighbor above you makes. And now, due to another project they have started there are rattlesnakes everywhere! The office staff never addresses concerns, or fixes the problem.. they have zero accountability!
