We love living here. Maintenance is great. Israel was extremely helpful and kind this morning with my garbage. Eddie and Nathan have also been very nice and helpful with work orders. Office staff is fantastic. Christine moved us in and was awesome. Everything went smoothly and we plan on staying as long as possible!
I had a great experience with maintenance technician, Israel. He was professional, respectful, and really knew what he was doing. He arrived on time and explained everything clearly. He was also very friendly and made sure I was good to go before leaving. 100/10!
Maintenance Associate Eddie, was amazing and a joy to have around. Completed tasks fast and reliable with a big smile. That’s how you do service.The front office workers are amazing as well with their due diligence and task handling operations and process. To make everything right and handled it with a smile.
We had a pilot light not working on our new furnace. Called at 12:15. Nathan and Eddie had heat on and working by 2:00. Very professional and super friendly. Awesome job. Happy Holidays guys 🎄💕
Had a great experience staying here. Everyone treated me good and maintenance had good response time if they were needed. Christine Casinger was my consultant and she did a great job and was very nice. Great place to stay!!
