⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We’ve been so impressed with The Harbor! The complex has truly turned things around — it’s a beautiful, safe community where we’ve never had a single issue. The front office staff are always warm, friendly, and kind, and they genuinely care about the residents. I would have no hesitation having my son or daughter live here. Excellent job to the entire team at The Harbor for creating such a great environment!
I took a tour today looking for a spot to stay this upcoming school semester and my tour guide Ian was super helpful with giving information about lease terms and the property. The amenities are incredible!
Living at Harbor Apartments has been a fantastic experience. The attention to detail in the amenities and the overall quality of the property are impressive. It’s a wonderful place to call home, offering both a sense of community and a high standard of living. Five stars for the management and the beautiful facilities.
I don’t live here but my friend does and all I hear are complaints. Always smells like weed, residents do not pick up after their dogs, walls are super thin. Recently she has said that without warning or explanation they slapped a big green sticker on her DRIVER SIDE window which is a major safety hazard and the sticker was overly difficult to remove and caused scratching during the removal process. Since the new management took over, I’ve noticed a major transformation. They’ve been very responsive, professional, and genuinely concerned about the residents. They’ve addressed many long-standing issues, such as replacing outdated appliances and fixing the AC units. The maintenance team is now efficient and quick, something that was lacking before due to staff shortages. A major highlight has been the renovation of the gym.
