Hello, Would like to say it is amazing to Service The Hartley (Trash Butler). As one of their vendors, it is a pleasure to work with the Manager and office staff. The property is amazing and clean. Would recommend this Property to anyone that is looking for an amazing experience and customer service.

What’s really great about The Hartley is that this place has the best apartment management and staff I have ever experienced!! They were super helpful as I transitioned to this apartment from another city. The leasing and maintenance staff often check in with me, genuinely interested in helping to make my unit a HOME. Another thing I love about this place is the location. It’s off of the main road so I feel like I have privacy. If you are looking for luxury apartment living this is the place for you! The property is so beautiful, and the apartments are *chefs kiss*. From day one, meeting Matt, I felt like I was in good hands and he could help find the perfect apartment for me, he’s truly the BEST. The professionalism there is by far a step above. The best part is that my pets are always welcome and love the dog run!

Karen and Jade are some of the most nastiest, cutthroat, deceitful humans I have ever encountered. They let the job go to their heads and totally lost their humanity. They care nothing about people despite pretending to. But life has a way of balancing things out so I’m not worried. So be very careful when renting here because they will cause you and your family serious harm just because they feel they can get away with it.
