I stayed at the Haven (Wharton location) for a 5 day detox. I enjoyed being able to have my phone to stay in contact with my support system. And the main reason for 5 ⭐️ is the staff. They were patient, kind and truly cared about me. I’d specifically like to acknowledge the manager (Kane), the techs (Qu’shae/“Shay” and Keisha), and nurse (Autumn). These staff members made my stay extra comfortable and I’d highly recommend this location because of them!
Cory was absolutely the kindest and most supportive person I've ever met. Cory gives you respect and he never runs out of answers to your questions. He made me feel at home and gave me such comfort and a feeling of belonging. He sincerely cares about you as a person Cory goes above and beyond. The other staff is very kind as well. When I found out I was coming to heaven I was scared confused and didn’t know what to Expect. My nurse Felisha Definitely gets 20 stars plus⭐️! She always made me feel amazing. Even in a sad day or a sad situation there was no sad days with her all smiles. She has a beautiful spirit and a beautiful heart not just a beautiful face. Deannah at The Haven was heaven sent she went above and beyond to help. Me with much need clothes and a nice pair of shoes. She also came and checked on me and provided exceptional care.I would recommend the haven and deannah the tech to anyone seeking detox and starting the journey into there sobriety
I'll call the Haven detox center I didn't have a ride so they sent me an Uber in 5 minutes when I got there the nurses were absolutely amazing. One nurse that was on my floor the name was Kathryn Keefer.AKA CATshe was amazing I didn't have any shower shoes or sandals she bought me some of her own money she checked on me very often to make sure I was okay another nurse from another floor would come and check on me when kathryn wasn't there they kept telling me everything was going to be all right they made sure I was very co... read more
