I had an amazing experience here. I’ve been to 10 rehabs and several detox’s and have had always felt afraid to ask for help or anything. As son as I came here I felt so welcomed and understood. I was a mess. No one judged me everyone was there to help me immediately. The staff quickly feels like family. However, the one that stood out to be the most was Deannah. She is amazing. I had an amazing experience at the haven coming off of synthetic opiates. I didn't feel bad at all they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Going above and beyond for ANYTHING I needed. The tech Deannah especially went out of her way to make sure I was well taken care of the whole time I was there. Even making it to work was hard for the nurses due to the ice storm. But no matter the weather it didn't affect their attitude towards work. I 10/10 recommend the haven to anyone seeking help coming off substances.

I had an amazing detox experience here, all nurses are very kind and empathetic, a couple nurses I love and am glad were on my care team are miss Felisha and Chantelle. They answered all my questions and gave me comfort meds to help ease withdrawals and I am finally free from the shackles of fentanyl. Merideth DePriest in particular helped me get set up on remote MAT and has been working hard to make sure I have a plan once I’m out of here. I was told by admissions that this detox facility is to get you completely off of the substance you come in for. However, upon speaking to nursing, the nurses explained that The Haven is primarily a “stabilization unit” where they get you to a stable dose and then transfer you elsewhere to finish the detoxification. If your expectation is to fully come off of a medication or substance, I would advise to look elsewhere.
