Location is fantastic and we enjoyed some of the amenities, but I've never seen an apartment building managed so poorly. They are incredibly disorganized and terrible at communicating. We dealt with various erroneous charges over our time there and resolving each one required in-person conversations with multiple employees (they never answered the phone). The problem only got worse when a new management company took over.
Amazing view from rooftop - panoramic city view with lake Union. Close to gyms, restaurants, and parks. Apartment common areas are clean and well maintained. One star was subtracted because their movie room’s projector has been broken for a while and they haven’t done much to fix it.
If you care about noise, DO NOT rent at this apartment building. This building is built off thin paper or else my neighbors are elephants. I live on the top floor, I could hear the stumping form units next to AND below me. I don’t know what kind of giant lives downstairs but I could hear them stump ALL THE TIME! It gets worse—sometimes they will be running in their apartment. Great location. Easy access to 99, South Lake Union with a door-to-door bus ride to Downtown too. I've lived here just over 2 years and really enjoy it. The roof has one of the best views for July 4 fireworks. My place is quiet, with great amenities. I just wish I had a bathtub. Love watching movies on the big screen in the movie room, and chilling in the newly refurbished games' room.
A great home! I just signed my lease renewal (for the second time) at Hayes on Stone and couldn't be happier about my little apartment in Fremont. The apartment has new appliances and like the clean, modern feel of the apartment as well. The amenities are fantastic - tv room, community room which is perfect to book for a party, the rooftop deck with its community garden, lounge chairs and great views of Seattle.
