This place sucks. Don’t live here. I would give it 0 stars if I could. The apartments themselves are pretty nice but you can get that anywhere on the same steet. The amenities aren’t cleaned or kept up to standard. The front desk is TERRIBLE and not helpful whatsoever. It seems like they’re never there and aren’t helpful when they are. They are often on smoke breaks or leave way before close. And the worst of it all is I have had over 10 packages stolen from the lobby and the front desk does nothing about it. Toured an apartment with my friend and was super impressed with Sara’s knowledge and whit. You can tell she not only knows about the building, but loves what she does. Originally we were looking forward to touring Hayes the least, but after meeting Sara, it’s now our #1 option. Hope to live there soon!
I have been extremely disappointed with my experience at The Hayes on Stone Way. The facilities are consistently dirty and poorly maintained. The common areas, especially the roof and the gym, are filthy and neglected. It's clear that no effort is made to keep these spaces clean or functional. Additionally, the desk staff is never helpful. Half the time, they are either on their phones or outside smoking cigarettes, making it impossible to get any assistance when needed. I have lived here for a year and a half and I'm writing this so prospective renters know what questions to ask when they come for tours. This apartment is in a great locations, and the rooms are nice and the commons spaces are kept clean. However management is atrocious and useless. We've have many issues with security in the past month and not a single email from management telling us what happened, they haven't fixed our call box and it's been months, they refuse to hire after hours security, and they won't put cameras in.... read more
The leasing agent is always so nice and cheerful, he looks like a giant teddy bear. He's also nice to the resident's dogs, he's always greeting people with a smile.
