Pros: Prompt and easy maintenance. Good location. Friendly clerical staff (not including property agents. They ignored me). Quiet and mostly friendly neighbors. Cons: no assigned parking/parking lot filled with non resident vehicles. No enforcement of lease (long time residents breaking lease agreements). Ambient sewage smell in and outside the complex. No laundry room despite having the foundational hookups. You're either going to the laundromat across the street or traveling...and there's always that creepy laundromat man... read more
Lived in The Hazeltine Apartments. Others tenants are good people and it's quite. Only real issues are that the building is old and the interiors could use a nice modern refresh.
Fixed all my maintenance issues in a timely manner.
