Our experiences at Skyline has been very good over the past 3 years. The superintendents have always been quick to respond and address most any problems that we were having. Yes, We do like living here but the rent should be lower or not raised every year. It simply isn’t fair.
Clean . Close to the Halifax shoreline , this is exactly where I want to be ! Lots of windows and an electric fireplace on a wall . Managers look after your well being and safety .
My wife and I have continued to stay with this building out of convenience. The building itself is not terrible as it is less than 10 years old. However we have watched the management and property and general standards slowly and progressively decline over the past 5 years of living here. Originally privately owned, our super and maintenance man were a husband and wife from Newfoundland who were phenomenal! Transitioning from a home and garden to a townhouse was a perfect move. Everything is perfectly designed and the management team is the best! Beautiful spaces and landscaping. Great neighbours and minutes away from shopping, bridges and downtown. Love it here!!
