Love my building and the super and maintenance people have been very good. I am however very upset about the rule to not allow small carts in our parking spaces. I am a senior and have had a small cart in my parking space since I moved in many years ago and it really helps with taking things up to my apartment. Storage units are not conveniently located. As well being single and returning home late at night more time alone in parking or storage area is very uncomfortable and unsafe. This was not the case when I moved in and... read more
Our experiences at Skyline has been very good over the past 3 years. The superintendents have always been quick to respond and address most any problems that we were having. Yes, We do like living here but the rent should be lower or not raised every year. It simply isn’t fair.
Downsizing after many years in your home can be a daunting decision on many levels. Transitioning from a home and garden to a townhouse was a perfect move. Everything is perfectly designed and the management team is the best! Beautiful spaces and landscaping. Great neighbours and minutes away from shopping, bridges and downtown. Love it here!!
I would have given a 5 star rating but could not justify that because the apartment did not have air conditioning. The building managers (Karen and Paul) and the superintendent (Kevin) were exceptional in helping make our stay feel like we were living with family. If there were heat pumps in every unit it would be "THE PLACE TO LIVE IN HRM". Thanks for the chance to give credit were credit is due.
