Mark was nice. Very efficient. Could have been friendlier but was pleasant enough. I tried to buy online but I live in Canada and the pay site would not accept my order to send it to my address in Washington when my visa was connected to my Canada address. I wanted to get it as quickly as possible. Maybe that can be changed?
