I showed up a little early for my appointment and was called back in to see the doctor within minutes. We looked at the time when the doctor and I were done and I was actually leaving a couple of minutes prior to the scheduled appointment! What a wonderful difference.
I have always used ENT associates for rhe expertise of the professional Doctors and Audiologists. I rececently went to Dr Booth at rhe Trinity Office for hearing aid adjustments. Having worn 2 aids for 40 plus years I can tell you she is one of the best programmers I have come across My previous Audiologist Dr Lynch was another expert programmer. Had a very positive experience with Dr. Booth. She’s great at explaining the process in detail and very knowledgeable.
Dr Booth is a caring and compassionate. She always takes the time to answer questions and address issues in a timely efficient manner. She is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond with every office visit.
Michelle is always a pleasure and does a great job! I had trouble finding the place BUT YOUR PHONE TEAM is ridiculous! Trying to get hold of you is maddening. You need a whole new system. If you use real people to handle calls, THEY ARE NOT DOING THEIR JOB!!
