This location of ENT Associates is great because of Kim's dedication to customers and our needs. She helped me when I couldn't get anyone at the Dunedin location. ENT's appointment line is the worst that I've ever experienced at a medical office. They never answer, ask you to leave a message, and never get back to you.
Jeff Caine was excellent to work with for sitting and adjusting my hearing aids. He's professional, personable and knowledgeable. Kim, who sets of the appointments was great as well! And the hearing aids are great. They've made a world of difference and after only 2 weeks I've adjusted quite a bit to them.
I cannot say enough about the excellent service provided by Kimberly. Whenever I go there with an issue is my hearing aids she immediately corrects it and I leave actually hearing better than when I walked in. This is truly a Professional Organization.
Went in fir a much needed hearing aid adjustment. I was taken in with absolutely no wait. I was taken care of by a professional with over 65 years on the job. The whole procedure took about 30 mn. As far as the result, lets just say for the 1st time since driving my car, I could hear the turn signal clicking I actually thought it was a silent flasher. I am very happy I finally went after 7 years of useing my hearing aid.
Kim is fabulous! She always takes good care of me is very knowledgeable and efficient I wouldn’t go and work with anyone else
