The entire procedure beginning with the hearing test through receiving the hearing aids was professional and pleasant. I have had the hearing aids for a week and so far they are comfortable and hearing us improved. The Audiologist and staff were knowledgeable and patient explaining usage and care of aids. I am very satisfied.
My hearing aid ear piece broke off from the wire end while I was driving . I knew where the hearing center was located, so I stopped in. They were eager to help, without an appointment, because it just happened. They not only replaced the one, but they replaced the other as well. This all took place in less than one half hour. They were terrific.
Walked into this very clean place just to ask a question about hearing aid domes. Do you sell them? Immediately Kimberly Steen the hearing aid tech got right on it. Found out the filters were wrong ones (from another place) and changed them and asked what domes I had.🤔no clue i said. She got on the phone where I got these aids found the size and kind and the rest is history. She went way out of her way to help me. I will continue to go here for my hearing aid adjustment and such. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Dr. Foster is very knowledgeable about not only how hearing aids work, but the effect they have on the wearers life.
As a physician, I find Dr Foster is outstanding. She is very knowledgeable and empathic and always willing to help . I was recently fitted with hearing aids at her office
