I met with Dr Foster for a very informative session where we discussed options for replacing my current hearing aids. I left with a new trial pair that are fantastic. Dr Foster listened to me, asked questions, and explained what my choices were. It was a very positive experience, so I am looking forward to further interaction.
For some reason Kim didn’t notify me that I needed a feedback test! I didn’t find this out until the next week when I called to find out if my hearing had come back from the manufacturer. So I was without my hearing aids for an entire week when that could have been taken care of the next day! I paid $5,000 for these hearing and deserve more consideration than that! I’m not happy!
A great experience. Jeff led me through my various options and helped me make the right decision. He was very knowledgeable, and you can tell he cared about his clients' outcomes. Added bonus, the office called me two days after the purchase to tell me they were able get an additional 10% off the purchase price with a recheck on my insurance!
ENT Associates has been my "go-to" medical practice in Clearwater for years. They have treated my hearing loss, fitted hearing aids and dealt with medical issues promptly and professionally. I was seen in the office this week and Kim, in their Hearing Aid department, promptly serviced a problem I presented as I waited. I was more than pleased with her help toward improvement.
I have been to so many different places for hearing aids, from on line ordering to in store shops. I really must say that the Hearing Center of ENTA is just the best. They will work with you and are able to reprogram your aids to fit your hearing problems. I now hear better than I could ten years ago. Plus what I really liked was you are able to try them out for at least two weeks. I knew after three days that these were the aids for me.
