I just had my first appointment, and I couldn't be happier. Kim at the front desk is quite pleasant. Dr. Foster patiently listened to all my questions and concerns and addressed each one. I did not feel pressured to purchase top of the line hearing aids.
A great experience. Jeff led me through my various options and helped me make the right decision. He was very knowledgeable, and you can tell he cared about his clients' outcomes. Added bonus, the office called me two days after the purchase to tell me they were able get an additional 10% off the purchase price with a recheck on my insurance!
I have been to so many different places for hearing aids, from on line ordering to in store shops. I really must say that the Hearing Center of ENTA is just the best. They will work with you and are able to reprogram your aids to fit your hearing problems. I now hear better than I could ten years ago. Plus what I really liked was you are able to try them out for at least two weeks. I knew after three days that these were the aids for me.
After spending $5,000 for my first set of hearing aids and $ 7,000 for the second set hearing aids, I still have hearing issues. My last visit to have a hearing aid replace was not pleasant. I did not see the Audiologist but a staff member that ha no personality!! It obvious she hates her job! If she worked for me, I would put her on a plan and most likely terminate her! I met with Dr Foster for a very informative session where we discussed options for replacing my current hearing aids. I left with a new trial pair that are fantastic. Dr Foster listened to me, asked questions, and explained what my choices were. It was a very positive experience, so I am looking forward to further interaction.
