After taking a hearing test, I was fitted for a hearing aid. The hearing aid had already been measured according to my hearing loss. So much information , in a short time to comprehend- let along knowing how to put the hearing aide properly on my ear. Plus setting up “pairing” with my “ blue tooth on my phone. Then how to clean , etc a lot of information in a short period of time but the person was very patient, cordial, listened to my questions, etc. Just too much overall in one setting .
Been going to office for years. This last time I went to check my increased hearing loss. It had gotten worse, but good news - hearing aid receiver just needed to be replaced by the knowledgeable Marc. Everyone was so nice and Jacky took the time to help me cover a few points of my telephone app for my phone. Left with a smile on my face.
My husband is on his 3rd pair of hearing aids and his totally satisfied with Mark. He is very knowledgeable and always fixes what is wrong. His assistant, Jacky is wonderful and pleasant too! Glad to be his patient!!
Every single person there makes you feel like a valued patient. The entire process from the hearing test to getting the hearing aids was beyond my expectations. Now I can hear my wife whether I want to or not!
Our guy knew his stuff in the audio. The Dr was top notch. Sound booth test gave us a graph and an understanding of where we were at with hearing loss.
