Doctor and staff were pleasant and kind. They were not the problem. However from the beginning, before I could even get an appt., I could not get anyone to answer my many phone calls. Very frustrating. Going forward with my experience, the less expensive pair, which I ordered , was not available. And so I had to swallow hard and order the expensive ones. Great experience with Mark. He explained everything very well. However, there is so much information. I would recommend followup within a month or sooner and then 6 months. Also, provide information where you can get hearing aid supplies (i.e) the hearing center and do you need appointment to purchase additional wax guards etc.
My very first experience with a hearing consultation was wonderful. I was given many options and my technician was very thorough, which allowed me to make an informed decision on such an important thing in my life.
The Hearing Center of ENTA is wonderful! I was fitted properly for the right type of hearing aid and anytime I had a question or concern they got back to be immediately. I highly recommend them!
My experience at the hearing center at ENTA was excellent. Dr Hood checked and cleaned my ears. The testing was well handled and made easy. The fitting of hearing aids was easy, friendly and very professional. The tech named Chrystal was the best. She explained everything and I was extremely satisfied with the results. I would recommend ENTA center with confidence.
