I have been trying to come to grips with, I need hearing aids. You know, concert ears will do that to you. Tinnitus and losing the lower portion of people's speech makes you feel bad you can't hear them. So, I have had my new ears for two days. It was pretty fast from testing to trying on and ordering and training on how to wear them, and what to do every night when I take them off. They are pretty comfortable and I can tell a bit of difference. Can't wait until the next concert! Thanks for everything.
I've been seeing Audiologist Marc Mazilla for 4 yrs and it's been a positive experience. Jackie his receptionist is very professional and friendly, she returns my calls quickly and gets me in soon. Marc is professional, attentive and offers options for treatment. I recommend them.
The staff was very professional, personable & made the entire process of testing to learning about my earring aides hassle free. They made me feel comfortable and offered excellent assistance , answering all my questions. All these factors made the adjustment to wearing the hearing aides so much easier than I had envisioned.
I recently started having problems with my hearing aids not being able to pair to the app. They worked fine, I just was unable to change volume or sounds on the app. I stopped in the office and Marc tried everything to get the app to pair my aids. He called support and found the new version Android was the problem. They were able to put a different app on my phone and that gave me more control of the aids. He really went the distance to help me!
After taking a hearing test, I was fitted for a hearing aid. The hearing aid had already been measured according to my hearing loss. So much information , in a short time to comprehend- let along knowing how to put the hearing aide properly on my ear. Plus setting up “pairing” with my “ blue tooth on my phone. Then how to clean , etc a lot of information in a short period of time but the person was very patient, cordial, listened to my questions, etc. Just too much overall in one setting .
