Great experience with Mark. He explained everything very well. However, there is so much information. I would recommend followup within a month or sooner and then 6 months. Also, provide information where you can get hearing aid supplies (i.e) the hearing center and do you need appointment to purchase additional wax guards etc.

I am a very challenging patient because my hearing loss is profound. I was so impressed by Marc's knowledge and experience. He is one of the best I've ever been to and I have been wearing hearing aides for 50 years. I highly recommend him .

I never have to wait for an appointment to see Dr Marc. My hearing aids were not working properly. I called and got an appointment the next day. Great customer service.

Dr. Melliza is an excellent Audiologist, treats me with respect and fairness. Keeps my Widex hearing aids working great well past the warranty date, and I appreciate he and his staff greatly. Thank you once again! Mr. Roth.

The audiologist was absolutely amazing and first checking my old hearing aids to see if they were functional And then sharing the benefits of going to a brand new and improved set. Yes, they cost a lot of money, but nowhere near what being able to hear is worth. He didn’t have a lot of time because I wasn’t scheduled to be fitted but he made it work and I walked out realizing how noisy the world is when you have the right hearing aids adjusted the right way! I couldn’t be happier!
