I got a letter from this "law firm" advising me that I'm being sued by a creditor. News to me! Anyway, they want me to hire them so they can represent me in this "case". And oh by the way, they can also help me with other debt that I'm not being sued for. They cite a case number at the bottom of the letter. I, being the smart person I am, go to my county's official court records lookup and enter the case number. No results! Hmm. I enter my name. No results! They take your money and don't do anything to help you. I trusted them because Mr. Ty Smith promised they would help me. If they only knew the sacrifice people make to earn a paycheck. If I would of known I would have hired someone in the RGV. Very disappointed. I will call BBB to file a complain. I have all my paperwork and receipts.
I just called to get help with my case and the lady that answered the phone was very rude and unprofessional. When I asked for her supervisor she said "He not here" (yes! broken English and all!). She also expressed that she did not care if I hired them to take care of my case or not. That I could call another law firm should I wish.
Don't waste your money. Heston Law Firm never missed a beat collecting my payments, but I had to call THEM to let them know my case was coming up. After hiring them 8 months ago, they took 1 day to "negotiate" my best and final offer. With their settlement recommendation and the Heston fee on top, I'm about where I started.
I would give these clowns a zero if I could. They use scam spam mail making you think you have been sued in order to try to get your bankruptcy business. They should be sued for false and misleading advertising and information!!
