Overpriced and poor construction. Noise levels from neighbors, at ALLLLL hours of the day and night, is atrocious and they won’t do anything about it. There are new owners now. Been renting for 2 years now and they jacked my rent up $350/ month when I renewed my lease. Talk about forcing local/native families out! Don’t expect any response from them either.
