We had the opportunity to work with Jenie Jones with our first home purchase five years ago and again with our recent sale and purchase of our second home. I cannot say enough about how supportive and honest Jenie is throughout the whole process. There were some hiccups through the process (not associated with the loan) and Jenie was always there to help guide us forward and made what could have been a horrible situation ultimately have a positive outcome. Jenie Jones has been a huge asset to not only me but my family. I myself have purchased 2 homes through jenie. i have tried other brokers but to no avail. jenie and her team are efficient, professional and knowledgeable on everything real estate. She has preformed 10+ purchases for my family and I can’t recommend her enough.
We needed a new deck and roof. They are very expensive these days. I got in touch with Jenie Jones and CrossCountry Mortgage for a HELOC loan. The process was painless and easy to do. Just want to say thank you to Jenie and Russell for all the help. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a loan.
Jenie has always worked her magic to provide the loans we need with the right benefits. She and her team are wonderful, by communicating throughout the process. We are always informed on the timeline and the details of options.
Jenie was great! She's knowledgeable and even pointed out some issues my real estate people didn't, which I'm thankful for. Very smooth process. Would go with her again 10/10.
