This apartment complex is amazing! Anna has been amazing at getting our process started at The Jewel. We are excited to live here and see what the future holds. I have to say that the apartments inside are new and very nice. The one we are moving into has never been lived in so that is exciting. Thank you Anna for everything!
Where do I begin? First, I don't live here anymore. I broke my lease for several different reasons. Active police calls at least twice a week, faulty fire alarms (they went off at all hours so frequently that residents became numb to them and didn't even check to see if there was a fire, chances are mgmt will respond that they are in compliance, joke!). My son is deathly afraid of the chance of a fire (even now that we have left). The community dumpster is always overflowing, dog feces everywhere on the property, dogs aren't... read more
Love, love, love Jewelsummitpointe! My husband and I have been very happy from the beginning! Hannah and Josh are wonderful and helpful in the front office. Beautiful apartments, friendly staff, and lovely landscaping. A few glitches on occasion but this is a brand new complex. Lanora and Jeff Hubbard.
Resident of six months and I have loved every minute of it. Great complex, very quiet, great location right off I-75, and wonderful management team (shoutout to Hannah in the front office). They host fun resident events too! Haven’t had any maintenance issues nor seen a single bug. Thanks Jewel! You truly are a gem! 💎
We went without a working dishwasher for the 1st month and a 1/2. We lived here and the manager Carol did nothing. They even fored the person who FINALLY HELPED! No apology, no compensation, gift card, nothing. Moving here was a huge mistake. We endure the next 10 months. Thin was, shallow sinks, no water pressure and now they once again have no maintenance person. awful.
