My aunt recently moved into The Kensington and we have been so happy with the facility. It is an older, historic building, but it is not run-down. They have lots of activities, the food is good, and the staff is so kind and patient from the top down. All at a reasonable price! We feel very lucky to have found The Kensington and can recommend it without hesitation!
This facility has done a wonderful job of making my dad feel welcome. Everyone knew his name and spoke to him from the first day he moved in. We were all greeted by every staff member we encountered. Many of the residents were so excited to meet my father. Maranda has done an excellent job from the first time we visited to inquire about the Kensington and still continues to keep in touch to make sure my dad is comfortable. Thank you!
I just want to take the time to reach out and give a review for Maranda, I really appreciate her help and hospitality in showing me a few rooms for my uncle Donald! Also, I wasn’t expecting to get a call on Monday from where he is in New Jersey, to tell me he needs more time, and they can get him more time, I did travel there to see first hand to get a assessment of his current situation and I can pretty well see he definitely needs more time! My father was recently placed into the Kensington due to health issues. Miranda Miller has been absolutely amazing in working with my father to make him feel comfortable in settling in. The Kensington is amazing and Miranda has made it that much better.
