Kensington House Apartments I have lived here at The Kensington for about 3 years now , Its the greastist place I have lived so far. The manager is very kind and helpful. she takes care of her business,

Kensington House is a great place to live I have been living here at the Kensington House for about 10 years. The management is awesome!! The manager is the best. She takes maintenance request as soon as she gets them. Maintenance responds very quickly. The porter cleans the building daily. I feel the Kensington House is very quiet and safe. If it was left up to me I wouldn't choose any other place to live.

No parking space Parking are horrible, so many cars without tags and no permit are parking there

The worst apartment ever Very poor management and horrible maintenance. Elevators were out of order most of the time. No assigned parking and so many working trucks in there and sometimes it was hard to find a space! Noisy neighbors. And so many other issues. I couldn't stay there even one year

Disappointed This is the worst building i ever saw,they have bad bugs,mice, molde in the walls,we've being claiming for two monthes and they never show up,my kids are very sick because of the molde and the bad bugs,i do not recommand it

Kensington House:( There are frequent problems with mold, plumbing, electricity, elevators, air conditioning, trash removal and overall maintenance. The stairways frequently smell like urine and some residents leave trash in the elevators, hallways and stairs. The building is also very close to a train.
