RUN RUN RUN DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Maintenance is lazy, you can put in request after request and no one ever contacts you! And then when you contact the office you NEVER get anyone they send you to voicemail! I reported mold in my apartment via the portal and after 2 weeks no one contacted me I finally got in contact with the property manager Caasi Isaac, who is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I’ve called multiple times and left messages cause I was interested in inquiring about their 1 bedrooms since my friend lives in the complex. They never answer or respond back. I take it as it’s not meant for me to move here cause if I’ve reached out to inquire multiple times and I’m not getting a response then that’s not a good sign.
Highly unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment to tour the apartment. I received a text reminder that the tour was at 3pm around 12:00. When I arrived the office had closed at 12:30 with no call or notice to a scheduled appointment. If they treat potential residents like this I'd be fearful of how they treat their actual residents.
been moved out for four months now, and yet, I still haven’t seen my security deposit that they told me I was due. I got a letter stating it would be mailed to me and I spent weeks on the phone with them trying to ask about it. Calls went unanswered for two months only to receive a surprise bill that their meters for utilities were incorrect, they used my security deposit for it without asking, and never reached out to communicate.
