I give this apartment complex a 1 star rating. First off I called them to see about looking at either a 1 or 2 bedroom unit and no one answered the phone. So I schedule an appointment online to look at both units, instead of someone reaching out to me by phone, someone text me stating that they received my message and asked me if I would like to schedule an appointment today for 10:30am or would I like to schedule an appointment on Wednesday Feb 5 at 3pm. I had an appointment scheduled for a tour at 4pm. I showed up and the leasing office was closed. They even confirmed the appointment with me again at 1pm. I called the office with no answer and ended up texting the number who confirmed the appointment. She stated she would get in touch with the agent. Move here if you are looking for a renovated apartment with ROACHES, POOR COMMUNICATION FROM THE LEASING OFFICE, WALLS AS THIN AS PAPER, AND IGNORED MAINTENANCE REQUESTS. Everything that glitters ain’t gold. I lived here for 1 year and had to endure a roach infestation. RUN RUN RUN DO NOT RENT HERE!!! Maintenance is lazy, you can put in request after request and no one ever contacts you! And then when you contact the office you NEVER get anyone they send you to voicemail! I reported mold in my apartment via the portal and after 2 weeks no one contacted me I finally got in contact with the property manager Caasi Isaac, who is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. been moved out for four months now, and yet, I still haven’t seen my security deposit that they told me I was due. I got a letter stating it would be mailed to me and I spent weeks on the phone with them trying to ask about it. Calls went unanswered for two months only to receive a surprise bill that their meters for utilities were incorrect, they used my security deposit for it without asking, and never reached out to communicate.
