I live here and my stove cracked a month ago. I go up there every week. Inquiring about it to no avail. They bring the stove but don’t hook it up. Left it in the middle of my kitchen floor for a week, dishwasher been out for a year ,exterminator, not good at all only sprays the door entrance. They never clean the buildings, the staff is rude and they do talk to you as if you are beneath them. This community has changed names three times. Why would they do that? They do not have quality apartments. My mother lives here and her apartment maintenance request goes unanswered for weeks. Not small request. Request such as no air in 90+ degree weather, ceiling leaking and trash being placed outside of neighbors doors in the hallway making foul smells for all living in the building.
