I recently toured The Landings and it was an excellent experience. Newly remodeled units with in-unit laundry are super convenient. Not to mention new appliances. Jasmine was super professional and helped me with all my questions. I highly recommend The Landings!

Scammed us for money. Not even a real place to live. Stop scamming families who work hard. They took our money told us we were approved then a email was sent not by them that we didn’t get it. Which is funny cause the “apartment people” sent the email saying congratulations we been approved with a move in amount, even sent in the paperwork for our service dogs. Was told they would refund us the fees we paid and never heard anything back. They were going to make us drive all the way from Florida to a house that doesn’t even e... read more

Newly remodeled. New dog park! Close to malls and restaurants. Right off the freeway! Great staff! Who wouldn't want to live here?

Cute unit! 3.5-4 stars. 1 bedroom has a good amount of space for a single person. In unit washer/dryer is nice. Utilities and internet come as a separate package so + that onto rent and it’s a little expensive, but so far forth it for my first apartment. Downsides is that there isn’t any lighting in the bedroom, I’ve had a broken bathroom mirror since I moved in (June) and even though these are all remodeled units, some of the repairs done and paint jobs are a little messy for what I pay.
