This was my second time getting LASIK. Because I had it previously I had to get PRK. It was a very different experience healing wise. The facility itself was super friendly, welcoming and informative. They made me feel safe and sure throughout every step of the journey(the snacks in the office were awesome shout out to Crystal). Everything was a lot more convenient and accommodating. I also love that they have multiple locations. 10 out of 10
We had an awesome experience when my husband got LASIK done! The staff is so considerate. They prepare snacks and water and they are very informative and friendly. My husband is so happy with the results and he looks forward to a future with no glasses or contacts. Thank you so much to the team at The LASIK Vision Institute!
I had an amazing experience with LASIK Vision Institute. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I felt comfortable and well prepared for the procedure. I did experience pain after the procedure, but it only lasted a couple of hours just as they warned me., and I’ve had NO pain since. I LOVE my new vision. Kudos to the VA Beach team - Crystal, Tabby, Christine, Dr Bessel and Dr Roberts!!!
I had really bad eye sight at -12. I had been told I could not have lasik eye surgery so many times before but I finally got a yes from the LASIK Vision Institute. I was told I would probably need glasses but Dr. Roberts and Dr. Bessell were able to perform a miracle and my vision is now better than 20/20! The nurses, Christine, Crystal, and Tabby were very helpful, nice, and funny. I was able to deduct about $1,100 with my insurance company and use my HSA to pay the remaining balance. From the consultation to both of our surgeries and aftercare this place was phenomenal! Crystal, Tabby, and Christine were so helpful with our young girls and in such a genuine way when we couldn’t get someone to watch them for mine and my husband’s consultations. Everything was easy to figure out. We had Dr. Robert’s I believe and he was attentive even though it’s a pretty quick surgery.
