Fantastic, great product and great price. Can't say enough great things about our new furniture. We were hesitant to.buy leather because we have crazy dogs...but Richard put our mind to ease by actually scratching up the different samples to show what would (or doesn't) happen. Most importantly Richard was SUCH A GREAT PERSON TO BUY FROM
Entering and sitting on the first sofa, I wanted to kick myself for not coming in before we bought. I came in to check out the furniture, and omg this was an awesome experience. Richard at the store in Fort Worth was great! Friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure and just fun to talk to. And the quality of the sofa was so worth the price. It's beautiful, and well constructed.
Selecting our couch style was easy but the great selection of leather material is overwhelming. Made our final selection and received our order a few weeks later (as promised). Received email notifications as couch went through the assembly process. Love the look and quality of the leather and workmanship. Extremely happy with our purchase. Very happy with our new sofa and our total experience. Richard was a great help and such a hoot. From the moment we walked in the door he made us feel welcome. The delivery people were top class and did a great job of getting our sofa to us. We had a slight problem as there was a pinhead hole on one of the arms. They were very fast to come out, remove the arm, take it back to the shop and replace the entire panel on the sofa.
