We purchased our recliner sofa at the store in the Alliance location. Richard was extremely helpful in choosing both the sofa style and type of leather that would best suit our needs. He was personable and knowledgeable, and returned our calls quickly and professionally. The couch was completed early, we received updates during the construction process, and the delivery and set up was professional and problem free as well. Best experience possible start to finish. Definitely will recommend to others.
