Smitty in grapevine is absolutely the best! His follow- up and customer service is exceptional- very rare these days. We purchased 2 sofas and 3 recliners. The quality of leather and custom marksmanship is exceptional. Great to support a local own business that takes pride in their product and service. Seth even gave my husband a tour of their workshop. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, by a man named SMITTY. He was extremely well versed and knowledgeable. He did not pressure us, but assured us that he would help us as soon as we were ready. We purchased a sofa with power recliners and loveseat after several visits to the store in Grapevine. My wife found a leather she loved. When the sofas arrived, we were not happy with how the battery with the recliners worked, my wife did not like the height with the legs we selected, and there was some problem with the velcro on the cushions and sofa. Excellent service and great selection. We went in with something specific in mind and were able to order exactly what we wanted built to our specifications. We received updates on the progress of our sofa as it was being constructed. The delivery team were friendly and took care with our new sofa. We couldn’t be happier.
